I’m getting back into the roll, so I have a new thing to test. This is directed at people who wants to change their weight, either because they’re overweight or because they want to get more muscle mass.
REQUISITES
Already doing (or going to do very soon) to change the weight, dieting or lifting.
Willingness to take measurements on a regular basis (this is expected to work very fast)
Already a practitioner with some experience, no first timers (a few notches in your belt are more than enough)
This only demands some time and nothing else. If there are 2 people in, we will do it. No max limit.
