Lemon Freezer Spell
“In this spell, the lemon traps the energy of your troublemaker and sours any of their attempts on your peace. It also acts as a container for other energies you might want to weave in to your “knock if off!” message. For example, if I want the target to calm down, I might stuff the lemon with a few pieces of valerian root or lavender buds.”

Materials
- Lemon
- Knife
- Foil / Plastic Wrap
- Photograph / Name Paper
Step One: Prepare Lemon
Cut a cross-shaped hole in the lemon, making sure to pierce the skin (but not pierce the lemon on the other side).
Step One: Stuff Lemon
Stuff your name paper or picture through the slit. Add anything else you wish to fit to tweak your spell outcome. I favor adding a pinch of alum crystal for its gossip-stopping properties, but you can add any small object as intuition guides and as the lemon can hold.
Step Three: Freeze
Wrap the lemon in foil or plastic wrap and place it in your freezer.
