If we’re being honest, if wasn’t until the past few years that I, personally, internally, celebrated it mildly. I’m 45.

I’m fond of saying that in things that matter, “those with the ability, have a responsibility”. It’s a cute phrase I’ve lived by as best I could, while maintaining the ability to do so at the level I could.

We must maintain ourselves and our practices or we can’t help much of anybody.
