Would the spell still work if i changed the currency to dollars or anything else? Like if 5 dollars = 407rs
Is it gonna deliver the same results?

In general currency is currency, and magick itself is not eurocentric. Just make sure you have a clear cut goal.
Keep in mind that when you change a spell, you do in fact change the spell. To quote Jason Miller, “it isn’t necessary, but it matters.”
The results you get depend on much more than the target price you set (though, that is an important factor). A good, solid book that can help you understand spellwork better is Jason Miller’s Elements of Spell Crafting
